Bach: Samtliche Klavierwerke V, Englische Suiten – Pietro Soraci

A new episode of pianist Pietro Soraci’s recording of Bach’s complete keyboard works. On this occasion, the stage is occupied by six masterpieces which have made the history of the harpsichord first, and later of the piano; an essential stage for every performer of either instrument, i.e. the Six English Suites. Soraci operates, once more, with attention and fidelity to the score; and, once more, he employs the valuable critical version realized by the publishing house Bärenreiter. The company granted once more their auspices to this not-to-be-missed new step of one of the most important editorial projects of Da Vinci Classics.
