Flowers Of Contemporary Clarinet – Domenico Calia

As in a modern garden, the musical flowers present in this project by the clarinetist Domenico Calia literally blossom and come to life. Works by young contemporary authors and in the process of affirmation in the international music scene, their works are able to return, as a whole, a panorama of contemporary music as vast as varied in degrees of striking for the severity and beauty of the form ( as in Floccari), for the strength of inventions (in Caiati) or even for the melodic inventiveness (in Di Pasquale) and the refinement of writing (in Testa). Each with its own voice capable of giving strength and substance to their work and returning it to the listener for a journey into contemporary music and, perhaps, towards the future of music.
