Improvised Bach presents Bach’s solo repertoire through the lens of improvisation. Víctor García García performs the Partita BWV 1002, transcribed for cello. Inspired by the Doubles contained within it, he creates a new suite built from different movements of Bach’s cello works, presented alongside improvised Doubles that follow the same harmonic structures while exploring different affects.
