Knudage Riisager : The Symphonic Edition (Volume 2)

As unpredictable and hard to pin down as fellow Dane Nielsen, Knudage Riisager is nevertheless an interesting and important voice. His second symphony recalls Sibelius, other works on the present disc suggest a debt to Martinu and his teacher Roussel.
