Luigi Mogrovejo can be considered as a composer from many points of view: a contemporary, certainly, linked to some avant-garde sentiments, of course, but he is above all an author careful to find a language that knows how to grasp the present time and that knows how to combine it, filtered from his own personal poetics, for the public both of today and of tomorrow. This disc presents a broad look at his work and his poetics, focusing on what are some compositional series in perpetual evolution (such as “Game”) put together with numerous expert performers in the presentation and enhancement of this repertoire.
