Antithesis: Contemporary Saxophone Music – Michele Bianchini

Is it possible for compositional research and techniques to blend so as to create a new contemporary panorama? Can the exploration of dynamics bring the listener to new emotional experiences? Is it possible to create a new sensitivity? The selection proposed by Bianchini in this album might answer this all. Here, the works converge towards an idea of flow regulation, extensions and techniques, working in synergy in order to catch a moment in time. Bianchini becomes the catalyst for the interpretive realism of an exploration of sound. The resulting dialectic expresses his mastery of the contrasts: ultimately, his entire project is a domination of the objective world liberating a perfectly totalized sound world.
