Giacometti: The Guitar In My Life – Edoardo Dadone

A project strongly desired by guitarist Edoardo Dadone, the complete guitar music of the well-known Italian composer Antonio Giacometti is presented here. The disc ideally crosses the author’s entire musical production as well as shows his stylistic evolution from the first compositions to the last pieces inspired by the Brazilian sound. Dadone faces each of the not simple compositions with technical certainty, maturity and virtuosity that amaze despite his young age and let us glimpse a concert player who I am sure will have a lot to say both in contemporary music and in the already established guitar repertoire.
