Mozart: Clarinet Quintet K. 581 / Brahms: String Quartet No. 2 Op. 51 – Fabrizio Meloni

With this publication a cycle of publications is launched in collaboration with the Armonie della sera concert review. To inaugurate it is one of the most important clarinetists on the international scene such as Fabrizio Meloni, former first clarinet of La Scala, who, assisted by the young Quartetto Leonardo, renders an interpretation as masterful as it is inspired by the famous Quintet K. 581 by Mozart, a masterpiece and absolute peak in the production of the author. The Quartetto Leonardo then performs an equally large and important work such as the Quartet for strings Op. 51 N. 2 by Johannes Brahms. A live recording that manages to return the emotion of the experience in the hall in all its strength with leading artists of the contemporary musical world.
