Nodari: Vertigo: Organ Works (2005-2018) – Simone Vebber

The world of the organ, and in particular the contemporary one, has been able to carve out a large space within the musical world in recent decades. is enriched today with a new work that includes some works written between 2004 and 2018 by an extremely original voice such as that of the composer Marco Nodari. Leading the project are four absolutely talented names such as organists Leonardo Carrieri, Svetla Tsvetkovadi and Simone Vebber, the latter in turn accompanied by the soprano Joanna Klisowska in the heartfelt and intimate closing piece of the album “The Lord is my Shepherd”. Nodari’s poetics unfolds in a wide range, coming to incorporate both the suggestions deriving from the more archaic past of the instrument as well as many of the languages that accompanied the twentieth century in a constant play of shadows and lights capable of dragging the listener into a world parallel whose exploration one would not want to stop.
