Vivaldi: Le Stravaganze, Concertos And Sacred Motets – Ensemble Gli Invaghiti

Certainly one of the most beloved authors in the history of music, Vivaldi, like the other giants of the European Baroque, has for decades enjoyed a constant interest in both interpretative and musicological research. The Ensemble Gli Invaghiti led by Fabio Furnari gives in this debut album proves to have perfectly understood both the evolutionary path that this music has known in its recording past, and to have understood the strength and spirit of the atmosphere that the Venetian composer manages to evoke in each of his pages, choosing to give his own personal interpretation to some concert masterpieces, such as the Lute Concerto RV 93, and sacred sacred, such as the motets In Furore Justissimae Irae and Nulla in Mundo Pax Sincera, true cornerstones of the repertoire Vivaldian.
