This Da Vinci Classics album invites the listener to “taste” it rather than to merely “listen to” it. In fact, it results from the encounter between a contemporary classical composer, Gerardo Felisatti, and one of those wine producers and merchants whose excellence is the pride of Italian enology. Felisatti studied piano, vocal chamber music, conducting, accompanying and musicology. Thanks to his talent, he was admitted to specialist studies in Germany, and he worked for important Italian theatres as La Fenice of Venice, but also in USA (Houston Grand Opera), Malta (Teatru Manoel) and France, as well as for the prestigious Arena di Verona. He teaches in Italy and the Netherlands; he performed with world-class singers, and his compositions have been included in promotional videos for some of the most important Italian brands. He was charted in the Apple iTunes top 10 in the Netherlands.
