Modernismo Italiano – Alfonso Baschiera

The new project of the acclaimed guitarist Alfonso Baschiera focuses this time on one of the lesser known aspects of the Italian guitar repertoire, that of the so-called modernist current which in the musical case extends from the beginning from the first half of the century up to abundantly entering the second. The authors who dot this record are Malipiero, Viozzi, Ghedini and others who have in some cases tried, in others known, to impose a new style on Italian twentieth century music.
