Piano Quartets – Piero Barbareschi

In the Mozartian path of the pianist Piero Barbareschi in collaboration with the Trio Hegel, two absolute masterpieces for the formation of a quartet with piano, like those presented in this disc, could not be missing. The first explores one of the aspects of the dramatic Mozart that has never ceased to fascinate audiences all over the world and demonstrates the great strength of the chamber works of the Salzburg area. The second, on the other hand, is rightly considered among the peaks present today in the musical literature for this formation.
